What is unique about on-the-job mix designs? Every asphalt surface is different, just as climates are different. Here in Houston we have a wide range of temperatures. Temperature can range from 30 degrees in the winter to 100 degrees plus in the summer. And in the winter and spring we have sometimes heavy rains. What does this mean to your asphalt? The asphalt oxidizes, turning gray then light-colored from the elements. This color change means the surface asphalt oils are gone! Our unique Flex Fiber Sealcoat's success has come from years of experience and development since 1989 in dealing with unique climate requirements. We formulate a mix design for your parking lot that will provide superior protection from the elements in a surface that looks great and is durable. Our unique Flex Fiber system's blended fibers add toughness and flexibility
to the sealer. These fine granulations along with the serate liquid rubber hold
the rubberized fillers in suspension until the Flex Fiber is cured, resulting in
a black, tough, flexible sealer that outlasts other sealers on the market today.
